So far this week has been relatively good.
Friday I went to the North-South game, South lost and when North stormed the field alex and I went with them. Saturday I babysat Ava at the mall and it also was Ava's Party, as well as Jenna's. Both were really fun, despite the lack of sleep. The latter did have a bit o drama, but then again when you put that many freshman into such a small space... Sunday Zan came to church with me again (WOOO), and then Hank, T, and some of T's friends went out with my church group on a pontoon. I went four hours in the sun and managed not to get a sunburn (by using SPF 70), but I also hardly got any freckles.
Monday I learned that Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday were ISTEP testing days, and that none of my classes were allowed to move on, with the exception of English. I also got the things I ordered from E.LF. to replace the stuff T lost. And all the brushes ad makeup work pretty well thus far. Tomorrow will be another BS day, and I have yet to persuade my mother that there is no need to go to school for the first two periods because I'm not doing anything.
This weekend T is having her volleyball teammates over for a slumber party. My parents want me to stay home and keep them in check. The same evening, my sophomore-in-college friend Megan has invited me to go with her to an eighties themed party. Which one would you choose?
Despite being constantly tired, I guess everything is going alright. I really can't wait until second tri, when I have some better classes (like Drawing II).
that's it for now, homiez.

King Tut, Say Anything
I went to the King Tut exhibit up at the Children's Museum today, and I was majorly let down. First of all, the way the exhibit was set up, it was definitely aimed at adults, and boring ones at that. I figured since it was at A children's Museum, it might be a bit more interesting. secondly, Most of the artifacts belonged to other Pharaohs, not King Tut. And thirdly, and most importantly, They didn't have the coffin, or any of the things King Tut was buried in, OR the mummy itself. Two of the things I was really looking forward to. On the bright side, the jewelry and attention to detail was stunning, and they did have nice gift shop items.
I watched Say anything the other day, and I remembered that it wasn't my favorite, but the second time I saw it, I liked it even less. I think it was because there wasn't really a struggle. After all John Cusack had done for the girl, when she cam back to him, he took her back no questions asked. Way too easy. And there just wasn't a lot happening. I'd give it a C-
